The venue was upgraded, it had very good location and staff. I enjoyed the room with 3 king size bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The location was strategic and the staff was charming. Queen room was airy, everything was exceptional. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and had lots of options - eggs, hot waffles and cheese. Good lobby. Low cost place to stay while in Playa del Carmen.

Characterful hotel, good value, what else to wish for. Beautiful location, dismissive staff, perfect breakfast, stable wi-fi. Rooms were very specious and cool enough with a luxury bathroom. My bed was nice. Smooth check in and easy check out. Also, it had parking nearby.

Deluxe place with very pleasant staff and free wi-fi. I appreciated the double room which was tasteful. The breakfast food was fresh, with eggs, tea, coffee, cheese and hot waffles etc. The location was TOP, just a short walk away from Los Fundadores Park. Distance to the airport was just 1 km. Perfect service here.

Excellent value for money for Playa del Carmen. Variety of food for the continental breakfast. Lovely beds, fridge, climate control and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. It was a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay, you could leave a car nearby.
